Day 1

Prepare the deck by high pressure-washing the surface. This will remove mold and debris and restore it to a fresh look. We must have access to outside running water.

Day 2

Apply professional grade stain to outer surfaces of the deck. Color determined prior to application.

The importance of driveway sealing.

After being exposed to sunlight and the elements, your asphalt driveway begins losing its quality. The sun’s ultraviolet rays cause damage to the surface. When cracks are present, water can seep down through the cracks and into the base material. When temperatures drop below 32 degrees, the water freezes and expands, which may damage the foundation of your driveway. This leads to costly repairs.

How often should I seal my driveway?

You should seal your driveway once every 2-3 years, depending on the usage. When you see the top coating wear off or cracks begin to develop, it is the ideal time to get your sealant done. A second coat may be needed.

Driveway sealing prolongs the life of your driveway, saving you money and time from costly repairs or replacement. It improves aged appearance making your driveway or parking lot look new.
